ICP Evidence
Which customer profiles are showing the strongest evidence of fit and what signals support or challenge that conclusion.
Venture Health
Venture Health is where Gadarum helps you see the answers: what is working, what is uncertain, and what needs your attention next.
Apply for Early Access. Help shape Gadarum around the challenges you face.
Venture Health is designed to explain the picture not hide the venture behind a single universal score.
One customer profile is separating from the rest.
Positive need; repeated resistance below target team size.
The pain repeats around coordination and visibility.
Too few conversations to support a conclusion.
Why: customer need is consistent; price resistance is concentrated in a weaker profile.
What Venture Health delivers
Venture Health should turn activity into a decision ready picture by showing the evidence, the uncertainty and the change over time.
Which customer profiles are showing the strongest evidence of fit and what signals support or challenge that conclusion.
What customers actually say and do: recurring pain, objections, response, buying context and meaningful feedback.
What outreach, campaigns, conversations, pricing requests and commitments are revealing about demand.
How product feedback, Todo outcomes and venture activity are supporting or blocking the current direction.
Where available evidence disagrees, where the sample is weak and where the venture still does not know enough.
What deserves attention now, plus the historical context a founder should see before making a major move.
From questions to evidence
Each answer depends on what your venture has learned. When the evidence is incomplete, that uncertainty belongs in the report.
Look for repeated problems, useful product feedback and meaningful customer commitments. See which customer profile is responding and where interest still needs proof.
Compare objections, pricing response, buyer roles and offer feedback. Find the pattern worth investigating before changing your price or building another feature.
Surface missing evidence, conflicting results and follow ups. Use the context to choose the next conversation, offer test or product change.
The example above illustrates the reporting approach. It is not a screenshot or a result from a customer venture.
Three evidence states
Gadarum should not force every signal into a green score. Sometimes the most useful answer is that the evidence conflicts or that there simply is not enough yet.
Multiple signals are pointing in the same direction and the basis is becoming more credible.
Some evidence supports the direction while other evidence pushes against it. The contradiction needs attention.
The sample is too small, the context is incomplete or an important question has not been tested yet.
The decision remains yours
A founder may decide to investigate further, iterate the offer, refine the ICP, pivot, continue or accelerate. Gadarum’s job is to make sure that decision is made with the venture’s evidence in view.
Run the next customer or market action specifically to answer what is still unknown.
Adjust the customer, problem, offer, pricing or product direction with the evidence behind the change preserved.
Move forward with clearer confidence about what is working and why.
Expanding Venture Health · In development
Relevant email and pricing context will help explain objections, buying intent and follow up gaps, with the original evidence available to review.
See whether customers question the price, need help getting started, lack buying authority or want a different offer. Keep an explanation separate from a proven cause.
AI will suggest a focused change to the audience, geography, message, offer or follow up and explain why the evidence supports testing it.
Turn a useful recommendation into an editable campaign. Check the audience and offer before separately approving supported execution.
A reply is not a purchase. Missing payment, cost or retention evidence stays unknown. Growth reporting will expand as reliable source data becomes available.
The payoff
Where it stands. What changed. What supports the direction. What challenges it. What is still unknown. What deserves attention next.
